On the basis of INO "Independence" the specialized center of social adaptation the "Top", engaged by rendering assistance to the people, suffering narcotic and alcoholic dependence is organized.

The center is in settlement Tjuljuk in 70 kilometers from the city of Jurjuzan in separately fenced territory. Disposal of alcoholic and narcotic dependence passes by special labour and psychological adaptation.
Full change of a way of life, elimination of antisocial behaviour, development of useful valuable orientations. Process of adaptation dependent lasts 4-6 months, from a phase of "input" in the program up to a phase of "release" and repeated ocurrence in a society.
n the center of patients train in skills of a sober life, follow a policy of lecture actions, psychological trainings. Once a week is made scheduled assembly of all patients where обговариваются and solve the questions connected with ability to live of the Center and adaptation of patients: change of stages of treatment, transfer of functions of management by the house, acceptance of beginners.
After passage of a rate of social adaptation the patient passes in the status of the volunteer that helps and with the further to support sobriety.
